Valentine skirt by Toiet Moi, of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The skirt is a non-stretch satin look over stretchy skirt attached under skirt , with 3 inch deep tulle ruffle attached at hem. There is a one inch wide , long satin ribbon belt attached to either side of waist., I wore tied in front. It is a very soft and dressy, very girly skirt, a "feel good " outfit. Worn in this photo over a V-necked sleeveless straight dress of my own design, made of soft stretchy nylon fabric I bought from Wal-Mart's sewing section in Va. for $1.50 on sale. The bright pink knee high socks are 99 cents from our wonderful LA 99 Cent Store. This a colorful and fun outfit!!!
