This is one of the easiest decorating ideas I have ever done. I started with a stemmed plastic glass that no longer holds liquid, but any new or used stem glass will work. I had about two handfuls of gold plastic strings of beads. I filled the glass approximately 2 plus inches high allowing the beads to overflow and drape down the sides of the glass slightly onto the table. It looks as elegant as any decoration I have ever seen. It is totally simple and makes a great center piece for a table or counter. It looks so glamorous, it always makes me feel good when I look at it. It is an easy low cost center piece for parties and weddings.
