Elegant Foam Arrangement

This is one of the most fun and one of the easiest decorating ideas I have created. I take the relatively soft foam trays that the vegetables I buy are packaged in. With regular scissors I begin cutting one side of the tray in strips the entire length of the tray. I cut the strips not quite 1/4th inch wide the entire length of the strips except tapering each end of the strips to a point. I place them around the inside of a stemmed glass as I would when arranging flowers.The foam trays come in many colors, I chose white to contrast well with my red stemmed plastic glass. The results were surprisingly elegant and beautiful!!!
